Description
Focused on supporting daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, bank reconciliations, and transaction monitoring. Provides foundational treasury support internally by resolving inquiries and assists in maintaining banking relationships through professional and timely communication.
Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with the coordination and administration of the daily cash activity of all companies.
- Obtains daily bank balances and determines daily cash requirements for all companies.
- Monitors all electronic payments via secure, internet-based bank systems. Provides administrative support to all companies regarding any of their cash management requirements.
- Affects Everus and its operating companies’ short-term daily borrowings based on required cash needs, repayment thereof, and short-term investment of excess funds at the direction of the department manager.
- Assists with the coordination and administration of Everus’ borrowing programs.
- Maintains appropriate spreadsheets detailing the total borrowings by segment and reconciles all borrowing activity.
- Assists with researching and assembling information and supporting data in preparation for departmental presentations, work projects and reports.
- Implements and performs control functions to prevent banking fraud support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
- Assists with the administration of internet-based bank systems and the treasury management system.
- Performs periodic reviews of users to verify access to these systems.
- Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPENTENCIES:
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends and variances
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing investor-facing materials
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
