Delray Beach/Boca Raton Law Firm hiring two paralegals with at least 6+ years of experience and a minimum of 4 years of experience using WealthCounsel, Interactive Legal or Lawgic to draft revocable trusts, ILIT's, SLAT's , IDGT's and ancillary estate planning documents. Candidates should also have exposure to preparing estate tax returns (Form 706) and gift tax returns (Form 709). An ideal position for anyone considering a move to Florida.
