Overview

Stratton & Ivy is a new luxury men's golf and lifestyle brand seeking an experienced, highly motivated Account Executive/Sales Representative to develop and manage wholesale accounts within the golf industry. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships within the golf community and the ability to introduce Stratton & Ivy to golf shops, private clubs, resorts, and other appropriate retail accounts.

This is a commission-based sales opportunity for a self-motivated individual who understands premium products, relationship-driven selling, and the importance of building long-term customer relationships. The position offers significant growth potential as the Stratton & Ivy brand expands.

Experience Required

A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience is preferred, ideally within the golf, apparel, luxury, or related industries.

Candidates should have demonstrated experience developing new accounts, managing customer relationships, and generating sales. Existing relationships with golf professionals, golf shops, private clubs, resorts, or specialty retailers are highly desirable.

Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and follow-up skills are essential. The candidate must be self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working independently.

Essential Responsibilities

Develop and establish new wholesale accounts for Stratton & Ivy within the golf industry.

Identify and contact qualified golf shops, private clubs, resorts, and other appropriate retail accounts.

Present the Stratton & Ivy brand, product collection, and value proposition to prospective customers.

Develop strong, long-term relationships with buyers, golf professionals, and retail partners.

Generate sales orders and actively follow up on prospective accounts and sales opportunities.

Maintain consistent communication with customers and provide professional account support.

Represent Stratton & Ivy in a manner consistent with the positioning and standards of a premium luxury brand.

Work closely with company management to identify sales opportunities, market feedback, and opportunities for continued growth.
