Internal Sales Consultant | Redbank location | Fixed-Term Contract Your new companyThis organisation is a well-established provider of modular building and cross-hire solutions, supporting major infrastructure and event-driven projects across Australia and the APAC region. The business is experiencing sustained growth and increased commercial demand. The role is based at a Redbank head office, supporting two Brisbane sites within a collaborative, office-based environment.
Your new role
This is a newly created Internal Sales Consultant role and the first of its kind for the APAC region. Reporting to an experienced Product Manager, you will provide day-to-day commercial and operational support across smaller, repeatable projects within the Cross-Hire division. The focus of the role is coordination rather than new business development. You will support pricing list management, supplier coordination, CRM and database maintenance, and assist with cross-sell opportunities across modular buildings, toilets, and site furniture. This is a fixed-term contract until December 2027, with scope for permanent conversion as business demand continues beyond that period.

You'll bring a strong commercial mindset without reliance on commission incentives and enjoy supporting the commercial engine of a growing business. You'll be confident communicating with stakeholders, organised in your approach, and comfortable working across multiple moving parts.
