Description
Stray Goose Solutions is hiring a Lead Cleanroom Certification Technician to support pharmaceutical sterile-compounding facility testing at federal healthcare sites in Texas, including a VA medical center in San Antonio. This role performs primary and secondary engineering control (PEC/SEC) certification — biological safety cabinets, laminar airflow workstations, and cleanroom suites — plus personnel aseptic-technique qualification testing (gloved fingertip/thumb sampling, media-fill testing).
Compensation: $85,000–$105,000/year (full-time, dedicated) or prorated for part-time/fractional scheduling, depending on client volume. W-2 employment with health, dental, and vision insurance and paid time off. Travel reimbursed.
Location: Based in or willing to travel regularly to San Antonio, TX.
Requirements
Current certification as a CETA National Board of Testing (CNBT) Registered Cleanroom Certification Professional for Sterile Compounding Facilities (RCP-SCF)
Working knowledge of USP <797> and <800>, CETA CAG-001 through CAG-015, and ISO 14644 Parts 1, 2, 3, and 9
Proficiency with NIST-traceable calibrated test equipment (particle counters, anemometers, etc.)
Documented facility-certification and personnel-testing experience at ≥2 state/federal government medical facilities within the last 5 years
Ability to pass background screening for VA facility access
