The MSBA is seeking a Legal Program Attorney to oversee the development and delivery of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and professional development content. This role is essential to ensuring our programs remain timely, relevant, and in compliance with accreditation standards.

• Key Responsibilities: Designing and researching educational content for webinars and seminars, collaborating with subject matter experts, and integrating emerging technologies like Generative AI into legal workflows.
• Work Environment: This is a hybrid position based in Maryland, utilizing a remote-first workflow for deep-focus tasks with in-person presence required for key events.

Requirements

Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in good standing. Candidates should have at least five years of legal practice experience
