Description

Cornelius & Collins, LLP is seeking a litigation associate attorney with 2-4 years' experience who will work in the practice areas of insurance defense, construction law, employment law and health care liability. Preference is given to those with experience with written discovery, depositions, working with experts, and handling motion practice before state and federal courts. The ideal candidate will have a solid academic background, good communication skills, a strong work ethic, and is a team player.  A Tennessee law license is required.
