Associate Attorney – Nashville, TN (Litigation / Insurance Defense)

We are seeking a 2–6 year associate attorney to join our Nashville office.

This role is ideal for someone who wants meaningful litigation experience in a stable, collegial environment—without the burnout often associated with high-volume practices.

What you’ll do:

Handle active litigation matters with increasing independence
Take and defend depositions
Participate in hearings and trial preparation
Work directly with experienced attorneys and clients
