Description
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs and conference notes
- Conduct depositions and handle all types of court appearances
- Provide counsel to insurance claims departments
- Conduct discovery research, analyze and summarize legal documents and contracts
- Work with senior attorneys on complex cases and legal projects
- After an appropriate training, consideration is given for occasional remote work
Requirements
Qualifications include:
- JD degree from approved law school
- Licensed, active member in good standing with the Tennessee Bar
- Licensed member of the Arkansas Bar a plus
- 3 years in civil litigation preferred
- Excellent writing, communication, and research skills
