Description

Conduct industry research and collect most updated information, data, and statistics from competitors, associations and reliable sources;

Apply innovative and analytical approaches to quantify risk scenarios and analyze impacts on the company's risk-based capital and solvency position;

Compile clear, accurate and timely reports and metrics for the business and document policies, procedures, processes and internal controls;

Work closely with the management and offer solutions to problems relating to improvement of management effectiveness, organizational structures, work
methods and procedures efficiency, and resource requirements, utilization or control; and

Participate in business meetings and negotiations and provide consultations as to the feasibility to the establishment of partnership, merger & acquisition, financing from venture capital entities, etc.
