- Managing Attorney - Eviction Prevention - Northwest Washington
Description
Northwest Justice Project (NJP) seeks qualified applicants for the Managing Attorney - Eviction Prevention Unit (EPU) in NW Washington. NJP is Washington State’s largest civil legal aid provider and operates as a statewide law firm. Managing Attorneys in EPU play a critical role in protecting the rights of low-income tenants across Washington State.
The Managing Attorney is part of the management team and provides direct supervision of the unit’s legal and support staff. This position can be based in Northwest Justice Project's Everett, Bellingham, or Port Angeles offices, and will primarily serve Snohomish, Whatcom, Clallam and Jefferson counties, as part of the statewide Eviction Prevention Unit. This role may require travel through the Northwest region and Washington state.
Successful applicants must have a minimum of five (5) years of legal experience with strong litigation skills.

Salary range is $126,800 to $189,600 based on relevant experience plus a comprehensive benefits package.
