Description

•            Manage attorney calendars, including court hearings, depositions, mediations, client meetings, and deadlines.
•            Coordinate scheduling with courts, opposing counsel, clients, experts, and vendors.
•            Track litigation deadlines and ensure timely compliance with court orders and procedural requirements.
•            Prepare and maintain attorney daily and weekly schedules.
•            Mediation and trial preparation.
•            Update and organize files within the electronic internal database.
•            Draft, revise, proofread, and finalize legal pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, and correspondence.
•            Effectively communicate and work with opposing counsels’ paralegals, judicial assistants, and clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal.
• Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certification preferred.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Pro.
• Experience using ProLaw document management program a plus.
• Have excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and resolve problems independently.
