Description
A community health system south of Boston, Massachusetts, has an opening for a Medical Director of Family Medicine to lead their team.About the position:
- Provide leadership to the clinical staff
- Maintain a clinical practice of 24 hours weekly
- Expanding our site space to include a new Retail Pharmacy
- Opportunities to precept residents and students at the health center
- 3 providers
- Flexible schedule with no weekend requirements
- 1:1 ancillary support
- Patient-centered care model
- EPIC EMR
Who we are seeking:
- MD or DO
- MA licensed or eligible
- 5 Years of experience
- Board-certified in Family Medicine
Compensation/Benefits:
- Generous compensation and benefits package
- Guaranteed Loan repayment of $25k per year for 2 years,
- State, Federal, and Loan Forgiveness Programs
- 25 days of PTO plus 11 holidays and reimbursement for licensing and 5 days of CME plus $2500
- Malpractice Insurance is covered by the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA).
- Comprehensive Benefits Package including Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance, 403B with match
Community/Location:
- Desirable location in a seacoast community with easy access to Boston or Cape Cod
- Located approximately 40 miles south of Boston, Massachusetts, in a region known as the South Shore
