Requirements

Basic Requirements

• Superior analytical, written, and oral communication skills
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience
• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted to the WSBA
• Proven experience in insurance coverage matters, including researching insurance coverage and drafting opinions. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience litigating insurance and extra-contractual insurance matters
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• A motivated self-starter seeking increasing opportunities for professional growth and responsibility
• Ability to work as a collaborative team player who can effectively work with paralegals and assistants to ensure efficient case handling
• Unwavering commitment to the highest standards of ethics and professional integrity
• Judicial clerkship experience or prior court experience (ideal but not required)
