Job Summary The Operations Consultant II serves as a facilitator and project manager responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and completion of multiple operational and quality improvement initiatives across a complex healthcare environment. This role partners closely with clinical, operational, and senior leaders to drive process improvement, manage change, and ensure initiatives deliver meaningful operational and patient experience outcomes. Essential Functions of the Role This position requires a high level of autonomy, judgment, and influence, emphasizing practical project management, healthcare operational understanding, and the ability to lead work streams through planning, implementation, and adoption.. The Operations Consultant II plays a key role in managing change resulting from projects and initiatives, ensuring improvements are adopted, sustained, and aligned with organizational priorities.
