Would you like to work at an award winning golf course? Escondido Golf Club in Horseshoe Bay, TX., is looking for teammates to assist our members. This role will have an anticipated start date of September 15, 2026.

Our purpose is to exceed the expectations for our Members and their guests by providing excellent customer service consistently.

Essential Responsibilities

• Team Coordination and Oversight
• Coordinate schedules for the Outside Services team.
• Manage timing and assignment of all transportation with the Front Desk.
• Step into various roles within the Outside Services Operation as needed.
• Member Engagement & Customer Service
• Greet Members and guests warmly and professionally.
• Proactively identify and respond to Members' and guests' needs.
• Deliver on-course assistance, maintain practice facilities, and follow opening and closing procedures for all areas, including the cart barn, valet, and practice facility.
• Operations & Equipment Management
• Maintain the cart facility and surrounding areas in a clean and orderly manner.
• Ensure carts are presented immaculately and fully stocked for play.
• Organize and manage the bag room and equipment, ensuring all clubs are stored cleanly and correctly.
• Support Golf Professionals with starting play for Members.
• Provide car wash services on request.
• Wear the complete Member uniform as provided.
• Communication and Daily Coordination
• Relay important information to other departments each day.
• Submit charges to the Golf Professional for all services rendered to Members.
• Perform additional duties as requested by Golf Professionals or Golf Shop staff.
