- Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, life events, terminations and annual Open Enrollment.
- Administer employee leave programs and maintain related documentation and records.
- Maintain accurate employee information within our HRIS and payroll systems.
- Support the performance review process and maintain training records and certifications.
- Maintain employee files, People Services policies and the Employee Handbook.
- Generate HR and payroll reports and workforce information.
- Participate in employee engagement, recognition, wellness and company activities.
- Serve as a knowledgeable and responsive resource for employees on payroll, benefits and People Services programs.

- Hands-on payroll processing experience is required.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Experience administering employee benefits and leave programs preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

- Excellent organizational, communication and customer-service skills.
- Sound judgment and a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
Why OSC?
Culture isn't just something we talk about at OSC. Our employees have consistently recognized us as a Houston Top Workplace, and in 2026 OSC was also named a USA TODAY Top Workplace.
We offer a competitive benefits package that includes:
- Medical, dental and vision coverage
- 401(k) with a 5% company match and immediate vesting
- Performance bonus program
- Paid time off and paid holidays
- Life and disability insurance
- Employee Assistance Program

- A collaborative workplace where Kindness & Respect, Customer Focus, Urgency, Excellence, and Clean & Safe are more than words on a wall
OSC has grown significantly over the years, but our focus has remained the same: hire great people, treat them well and provide an environment where they can do their best work.
If you're an experienced HR professional who enjoys the operational side of HR, values accuracy and service, and wants to be part of a company known for its people and culture, we'd like to meet you.
