Requirements

Under direct supervision of the Community Development Director, provides administrative, clerical, and technical work which involves the processing of planning related applications, building permits, contractor licenses, business licenses, calculating fees and reviewing minor construction plans for code compliance and completeness; to provide efficient and courteous customer service at the public counter, over the phone, and online; and perform related duties as assigned.
