Pre-Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury (Irvine, CA)
MVP Accident Attorneys is a growing and dynamic personal injury law firm based in Irvine, CA. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional results for our clients.
This position is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys negotiating, and is ready to take ownership of cases while leading a small support team.
What You’ll Do
Manage a pre-litigation caseload from intake through settlement
Represent clients throughout treatment and settlement negotiations
Draft demand packages and other legal documents with precision
Conduct legal research and leverage tools such as EvenUp to strengthen case value
Develop case strategies and advise clients throughout the process
Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure favorable outcomes
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case management
Maintain accurate case files and documentation
Supervise and support a team of 2–3 Case Managers and Case Manager Assistants
What We’re Looking For
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active California Bar license (in good standing)
Minimum 1 year of pre-litigation personal injury experience
Proven success in negotiating and settling cases
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
Experience with legal tools such as EvenUp, CasePeer, or Filevine (preferred)
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor support staff
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
