Overview

Bill Wright Golf Complex is seeking a Pro Shop Cashier. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.

General purpose: Assists golfers checking in for their round of golf.

Supervisory responsibilities: Helps manage cart attendants and volunteer marshals.

Experience Required

• Must be highly focused on providing superior service.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Covid vaccination required.

Essential Responsibilities

• Book tee times.
• Rent golf equipment.
• Assign golf carts and tee times.
• Sell shop merchandise.
• Open, close, and secure the pro shop and carts.
• Keep shelves stocked and tidy.
• Keep work areas clean throughout the shop.
• Discuss merchandise and equipment ordering with management.
• Open and close the cash register, cash out daily income, make daily deposits, and enter information into the ledger.
• Assist all customers as necessary.
• Organize groups on the 1st tee, share course information, and start them on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Help manage cart attendants and volunteer marshals.
