The Colorado State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Technician II to join our incredible PRN (relief) Team!
This team of skilled veterinary technicians delivers high-quality patient care by providing comprehensive clinical support across hospital services, including patient assessment, treatments, anesthesia support, diagnostics, patient monitoring, client communication, and collaboration with veterinary clinicians, students, and multidisciplinary hospital teams. PRN technicians provide flexible clinical support where needed while contributing to a culture of excellence in patient care, safety, teamwork, and veterinary education.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Current credential as a Veterinary Technician (RVT, CVT, or LVT) or eligibility to obtain credentialing in Colorado.
- 2 years of veterinary technician experience in a clinical setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in veterinary clinical skills, including patient care, treatments, anesthesia monitoring, diagnostic procedures, and medical record documentation.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced specialty hospital environment and support a variety of clinical services.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care
