- Administer home- and clinic-based research visits with expectant mothers, fathers, and romantic partners Assist with data management and other administrative tasks
- Support with research-related administrative and other management tasks
- Communicate frequently with the project coordinator and/or principal investigator(s). Attend research team meetings
- Assist with other research-related tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Development, Neuroscience, Public Health or a related field from a college or university accredited by the US Department of Education or other internationally recognized accrediting organization.
- Experience volunteering or working in a research lab
- Ability to communicate effectively with research team and participants
- Experience and training in research methods
- Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; detail oriented
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the research protocol visit
- Possess or successfully complete Human Subjects Protection training certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or strong interest in research related to Black maternal-infant health
- Experience working with infants, children, and families from racial/ethnic minority backgrounds
- Experience using Qualtrics, SPSS, R, and/or Mplus
- At least 1 year of experience volunteering or working in a research lab
- Experience with behavioral observations, psychophysiological data collection (MindWare)
Additional Information:
Salary Range : $41,700-$46,100 (DOE)
