Automotive Sales Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to join our growing dealership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values customer satisfaction, and knows how to build and motivate a successful sales team.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets
Desk deals, structure transactions, and support negotiations professionally
Maintain strong customer satisfaction and dealership reputation
Work closely with Finance & Insurance and leadership teams
Manage inventory presentation, pricing strategies, and merchandising
Monitor lead management and ensure timely follow-up on all inquiries
Train and develop sales consultants on product knowledge and sales processes
Analyze market trends and competitor pricing
Assist in growing both new and pre-owned vehicle sales
Qualifications
Previous automotive sales management experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven track record in automotive sales performance
Ability to work in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
Experience with CRM systems and lead management
Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
OMVIC license preferred (Ontario applicants)
Valid driver’s license required

2 to 5 years of General Motors sales and/or management experience preferred
