- Prepare and disseminate threat assessments, incident communications, and after-action reports for leadership and employees.
- Mentor and develop security staff, building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across both security functions.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant security experience (industrial security, threat analysis, or crisis management), or a master's degree with 6-10 years; additional experience may substitute for a degree.
- FSO, CPSO, or CSSO certification, with experience supporting SAP/SCI programs and knowledge of ICD-705 facility requirements.
- Experience with secure manufacturing security, insider threat programs, and DoD manufacturing programs (e.g., U.S. Army).
- Working knowledge of emergency preparedness frameworks (NIMS, NRF, ICS); crisis management or FEMA coursework/certification preferred.
