Senior Analyst/LNO5424
CALIBRE is an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company. We are seeking a Senior Analyst/Liaison Officer (LNO) to support the Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP). This position provides analytical, reporting, and liaison support to strengthen Army TAP execution at the installation level. The selected candidate will monitor program operations, prepare leadership reporting, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and support outreach and event activities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze transition program data and prepare reports on operations, training opportunities, and performance trends.
- Develop command-level briefing materials and reports for leadership review and decision-making.
- Upload, monitor, and maintain data within Government systems and portals as required.
- Coordinate outreach activities with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Labor (DOL), employers, and other stakeholders.
- Support job fairs, hiring events, summits, conferences, and other transition-related activities.
- Collect and analyze customer satisfaction, compliance, and outcome data to evaluate program effectiveness and timeliness.
- Track TAPXXI progress and distribute commander reports and other required program products.
- Support installation-level event planning, logistics, and marketing efforts.
- Assist with stakeholder engagement initiatives that improve awareness and utilization of transition services.
- Strong analytical, monitoring, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefing and presentation experience.
- Ability to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP) operations and requirements.
- Experience with marketing, outreach, stakeholder engagement, or community relations activities.
- Familiarity with TAPXXI or similar case management and reporting systems.
- Understanding of military transition, workforce development, or veteran support programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Human Resources Management, Counseling, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting program operations, reporting, analytics, outreach, or stakeholder engagement activities.
- Experience preparing reports, briefings, and presentations for leadership audiences.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must successfully complete a National Agency Check (NAC) and applicable background investigation requirements.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting the Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP), workforce transition initiatives, or military support programs.
- Experience coordinating with federal, state, local, or community stakeholders.
- Experience working with TAPXXI or similar program management, tracking, or reporting systems.
