Banks & Brower is the premier criminal defense firm in Indianapolis, Indiana. We are excited to be opening our first office in the Akron, Ohio area. We are looking for a great litigator who has a top-notch business acumen to lead the Ohio office to the same success we have experience in Indiana.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team and grow our Ohio office. This role will represent clients in criminal defense matters in state and federal courts throughout Ohio. This is a new office building off our hugely successful office headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The Senior Associate should have significant criminal law experience preferably in both state and federal court. Current or former prosecutors are encouraged to apply. The candidate must have top notch trial skills, interpersonal client relationship building, and and business acumen to help grow a new office in Ohio with the substantial backing of the Indianapolis headquarters.

This position will include a very competitive salary, opportunity for significant performance bonuses, 5 weeks paid vacation, company vehicle, 401k, and heath care contribution.

Leading candidates will first interview via zoom and then travel will be provided for second round interviews for the top candidates to come to the headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Requirements

Licensed attorney in Ohio.  Significant experience in criminal law preferably in state and federal court.
