Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Define and implement marketing strategies and develop market models for LED driver ICs within automotive
• Define a business and customer strategy to enhance our LED driver ICs growth strategy
• Form and shape the products of the future and give guidance within the process of requirement capturing as well as you own the responsibility for the Product Roadmap of your product family
• Accompany the development of the products as market expert and introduce them to the market and your customers
• Drive market and competitor analysis and engage with key customers by developing future oriented solutions
• Own the pricing strategy and develop customer specific quotes and business case calculations
• Collaborate on project development activities and support development projects as a team player with your strong marketing competencies

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics or similar
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience and thereof at least 4 years within Product Marketing and a proven track record for strong customer focus in a high-tech environment in automotive electronics or semiconductor industry
• Pronounced marketing skills, preferably already worked with complex technical products
• Experience with LED driver ICs in different automotive Lighting applications like Front, Rear or Interior and its requirements to the IC
• Comprehensive knowledge of automotive products to understand technically complex contexts
• Demonstrated driver mentalities combined with business acumen, as your main target is to realize profitable growth complemented by excellence communication skills to present on a management level
• The willingness to travel globally and intercultural competencies are a big plus
• Excellent English skills, German would be an asset
