BB customer technical calls and email support (60%)
In-house application work, DOE, sample builds, and training conducted in the KSJ lab (20%)
Presales on-site equipment demonstrations (15%)
Support for Kioxia critical issues upon request from the CS team (5%)

Responsibilities

• Response to customers for technical questions or requirement.
• Analyzes product problems onsite and finds a solution.
• New equipment installations, training, and warranty support.
• Performs generic application support to customer.
• Provides information to Account Manager and Product Marketing on use of products and escalations.
• Provides input to Product Engineering for periodic maintenance.
• Technical support through machine in Tokyo office to meet customer requirements.
• Assistance to improve service revenue, such as service/parts contracts, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science and mathematics or equivalent education.
• Native level's verbal and reading/writing communication skills in Japanese.
• English skill in reading/writing. (Conversational level English skills welcome).
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proficient in maintaining high levels of accuracy in work.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel macros being advantageous.
