Resolve is a legal technology company focused on helping physicians understand, compare, and negotiate their employment agreements. We work with physicians across the country to review employment contracts, evaluate compensation structures, identify risk, and negotiate improved terms with hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, private practices, and other healthcare employers.

We are growing and looking for a Staff Attorney who wants to work at the intersection of healthcare, employment contracts, physician advocacy, and legal technology.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active law license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong contract review, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and practically with physician clients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client matters.
• Comfort working in a technology-enabled legal service environment.
• Healthcare law, physician employment, employment law, or business transaction experience preferred.
• Experience negotiating with hospitals, health systems, or physician practices is a plus.
