• Practice Type: Mixed Animal / General Practice
• Patient Volume: Busy, well-paced caseload
• Support: Strong technician + CSR team
• Case Mix: Companion animal + livestock + equine, including wellness, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care

Total Rewards & How We Invest in You

• Base Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 + production bonus
• $50K Sign-on Bonus and/or Relocation Assistance
• DVM Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Cash Program (on top of production)

What You'll Bring

• DVM/VMD (or equivalent), licensed or eligible in Texas
• Strong clinical foundation across small and/or mixed animal medicine
