St. Louis | Executive Leadership Opportunity
Are you a strategic finance leader with experience in Healthcare or Senior Living looking to make a meaningful impact? We’re seeking an experienced VP of Finance to lead the financial strategy, operational performance, and fiscal integrity of a growing organization in the St. Louis area.
This executive-level role is ideal for a hands-on leader who combines strong financial expertise with operational insight and a passion for supporting mission-driven healthcare or senior living environments.
What You’ll Do
Direct all financial operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance activities
Lead financial planning and analysis to improve profitability and operational performance
Oversee cash flow management, revenue cycle performance, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls
Partner closely with executive leadership to drive strategic growth and achieve revenue goals
Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership, board members, lenders, and external partners
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team focused on accountability and collaboration
Ensure financial systems, reporting tools, and processes support organizational efficiency and scalability
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance and accounting
Prior experience in Healthcare, Senior Living, Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, or related healthcare services required
Proven success overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and compliance
Strong understanding of revenue cycle management and operational finance
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
CPA preferred
Advanced proficiency with financial systems, accounting platforms, and BI/reporting tools
Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
