We're seeking an entrepreneurial, execution-focused marketer to own and grow our marketing function with help from AI agents.

The Mission.
Blissbook helps HR teams deliver premium employee handbook and policy experiences. We have hundreds of paying, happy customers (including names you'd recognize) and a product they love. We're bootstrapped, profitable, and growing, but our growth is constrained by distribution. That’s where you come in.

What You'll Own.
You'll own marketing as a department of one (with help). That includes our inbound funnel, our content engine, SEO and its AEO buddy, our marketing telemetry, and the systems we use to run it all.

What You'll Actually Do.
You'll spend your first months figuring out where MQL growth is most constrained and unblocking it. That means working through projects like:

• Optimizing our SEO foundation and building an AEO strategy.
• Setting up marketing telemetry in HubSpot so we can make smarter decisions.
• Mapping our content to funnel stages and shipping new content faster than ever.
• Creating and managing a lead framework that delivers the right content to the right prospect at the right time.
• Auditing our website and making improvements via Claude Code.
• Building AI agent skills for content production, SEO/AEO research, competitive intelligence, and campaign execution.
• Running paid programs (e.g. retargeting) where they pay off.

You'll write copy directly, edit our website, and build the systems that let one person do the work of a small agency. Some of this involves AI agents. We'll teach you how that works, you just need to be excited to dive in. You don't need to know it all on day one; you need to learn quickly, experiment, and improve relentlessly.

What You Should Have.

• Ambition, curiosity, and intellectual sharpness; you spot patterns, anticipate needs, and learn quickly by experimenting and iterating.
• Real B2B SaaS marketing experience; you've owned outcomes, not just executed tasks.
• A systems-first instinct; you've built things that ran without you.
• Eagerness to go deep with AI agents.
• The ability to prioritize when everything seems important.
• Strong writing and clear communication.
